If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 14 days of the date of purchase, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us

• The goods must reach us in a re-saleable condition
• We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back
• We cannot replace or refund any neglected items 
• Original postage charges will only be refunded if goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly 
• Postage refunds for faulty goods will only be made upto the original postage value   

We cannot refund any personalised orders - such as personalised cut lengths of Steel Chain or Steel Wire Rope
